Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers defective components or accessories provided with the used engine. Nearly all parts come with a service agreement. However, labor costs are not covered under our warranty program.

If a part is found to be defective, we will first attempt to replace it. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

If a replacement order is placed before the original part is returned, the cost of the replacement must be paid upfront. A refund for the original item will be processed upon its return and inspection.

Important Exclusions

Eagle 1 Auto Parts LLC is not responsible for any expenses related to improper installation, labor fees, or engine damage due to uninstalled or failed seals, gaskets, or filters. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper installation procedures are followed.

Please note that we sell used engines, and while we focus on quality and performance, cosmetic appearance is not guaranteed.

Delivery & Inspection

Customers must inspect all engine components upon delivery before signing. We are not responsible for refunds due to incorrect diagnoses or installation issues.

We do not cover costs related to:

• Towing
   

• Shipping
   

• Storage
   

• Rental vehicles
   

Warranties will be voided if inaccurate or misleading information is provided during the purchase process.

Compatibility & Returns

We use VIN verification to ensure the engine ordered is a proper fit for your vehicle. OEM parts from various makes and models may be interchangeable.

All deposits made to Eagle 1 Auto Parts LLC are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

We accept returns and exchanges on used engines under the following conditions:

• The returned engine must be in the same assembled condition as originally shipped.
   

• If returned in an altered or disassembled state, a refund will not be issued.
   

• Refunds are only processed when a replacement is not available.

 

Warranty Voids

Your warranty will be void if the engine has been:

• Disassembled
   

• Modified
   

• Tampered with
